I have been building a vanilla Erasiing Strike character. My last piece to finish is a “+4 level to Erasing Strike”. I’ve been farming “+ level to skill affixes” on Exiled Mages with high corruption like crazy and have not seen even +1 to ES anywhere.
Did they remove this mod from mod pool? If so, can anyone provide me with the announcement?

It’s still available. It’s just rare. Make sure your filter isn’t hiding lower tier versions of it (I make a rule to specifically recolor stuff I want to shatter).
Other than that, try stuff that will improve your chances of it dropping. Like the class specific shards blessing (or there’s one for skill level shards, I think?), woven tree on top makes mages drop +skill level gear and some evolutions of rift beasts also drop +skill shards.
RNG can be tough.
Mike talked about a shard exchange a long time ago, where you would exchange one type of shard for another, at a loss, of course. But nothing seems to have come of it so far.
Thanks for sharing, I was losing hope honestly. RNG I guess. I’ve got so many +level to Warpath. It’s raining like crazy. But Erasing Strike? nope
