Playing EU West, I can login to “play online”. However, when I then create a new character or play an existing one and press the “enter game” button, the game tries to connect and then after about 1 or 2 minutes a “lost connection to server” message appears.
I cannot create a new or play any existing character. This started happening after the last update. Game version is 1.2.1.2
Have you tried this already? I literally posted the same issue in the thread before yours 
I’ve tried all the VPN and changing regions options, nothing works. I tried your suggestion on changing region, exit, load back in etc etc and that did not work either.
Thanks for commenting, nothing works for me and I am locked out of playing online.
Yeah the next time the problem happend the region change wouldn’t work for me either. Maybe it was more correlational than based on causality
