When you spec into Hurricane of Daggers in Shadow Cascade which makes Daggers shoot out as a channel, if you use an ability after such as Flurry, it doesn’t allow it to activate until a 1 second period after. You could be clicking Flurry or Puncture right after and nothing happens till it’s out cd or something. Feels really odd because if you are transitioning between using the channel and quickly switching to Flurry to get back mana you aren’t allowed to activate Flurry right away even though you are running around clearly out of the animation.
