Humble Idol removes/upgrades wrong stat

Hiya, not sure if this is classed as a bug or not but here goes:

1st screenshot shows my stats page with the “Humble Idol” in its slot on my character.
Idol has: +2 Vitality and 17% increased Physical and Minion physical Damage

On removal of this Idol (2nd screenshot) it downgrades my health as you would expect losing the +2 Vitality.
But
It also removes 2% of my “Poison” resistance.

Not sure if these have “hidden” stats or its not working as intended.

If you mouseover your Vitality stat on the character panel, you will see that every point of Vit gives you 1% poison and necrotic resistance and 6 hp.

So when you equip that idol, you gain 12hp, 2% poison and necrotic resist. If you remove it, then you lose them.
