EDIT: thanks to the person who solved the issue!
There is a GIF in the “Ask the devs” channel. It resets my Discord each time I open the channel, and I can’t open any other Last Epoch channel because this one opens first and shows the GIF. Therefore, I can’t use the LE discord server anymore.
Is it possible to remove this GIF? It does not seem to be something from the devs.

You can disable links being previewed as a workaround:
Settings → Text & Images → Preview Links → Turn Off
Yes, but it’s better to remove the GIF.
Someone just removed it, now it’s OK. You can even find tutorials that explain how to create GIFs that crash Discord.
