HP/Ward builds have no negative points and are good against everything

Basically these builds are good against everything. They do not have specific counters, as even the best one shots cannot kill a player with a build focused on having a high enough HP/Ward, in addition the rule of 1% penetration per level of mobs is very generic and this reduces the number of viable builds in high corruption, as all mobs basically have the same penetration and this means that HP and Ward players can build only in this stats as mobs have 100% penetration, that is, they will not be able to kill players with low resist because they have a lot of HP/Ward.
I suggest Enrage mechanics after x seconds for mobs and making glass cannons more viable, as this full hp/ward meta removes the need for high risk/high reward.
