How to unlock all the blessings

Okay so I beaten the story line modes and have been running monos since around 50s or 60s, got some corruption going and just had a question.

When doing the empowered monos is it even worth it to do the quest echoes in each time line besides the boss one ? I found I can skip them, are they even worth doing to push stablity / farm items?

No point in doing the optional quests. Just stick to echoes until you can beat the boss. Echoes give rewards.
