I am sitting around 917% , should I aim for more ? I seem to be lacking some spell crit and crit but I m not having any issues yet, just finally was able to finish all time lines and activated empowewred monos.
Depends. Im using boots that give frostbite penetration for every 10% freeze rate multiplier…or something like that. So i my case, i stack the freese rate and it drops mobs frost resist to negative 150%
