How many attacks per second?

Sorry guys, I searched and cannot find this anywhere.

I am DW 1.1 speed swords. I have a combined 195% increased AS

How many melee attacks per second am I making?

should be 3.245(1.1*2.95) unless there is something odd about attack speed math that I do not know about.

To my knowledge, dual wield takes the average between the two as first attack is with left hand attack speed and second attack is with right hand then keeps alternating.

The benefit of dual wield is the ability to stack double the affixes or to run more than one unique one handed weapon. Not in the attacks per second(unless you count the ability to get attack speed on the second weapon)

There is also the base speed of the skill you are using which is usually 1.467. The values can be found at lastepochtools.

It does take the average, but doesn’t alternate. All gear is just stat sticks. What is important is the skill and how it interacts with the character stats.
