How do the corruption bonus work?

I used a character to farm up some 300 corruption and used the other to get a nice bonus from that. When I try to do the same now with and old character I get 0 Bonus from that? Why is that and how is it working? This was nice step even it still takes to much time but it aint working? For me anyway . Thanks

Each character needs to progress their own corruption for each monolith. When you have a difference in each monolith’s corruption you’ll get a bonus to the monoliths with the least in order to help catch up. So it’s most efficient to level up 1 monolith as far as you can and then back track onto others.

Hope this helps. :hugs:

Yea, I was trying to say that why do I not get the Bonus anymore? I have a character now on Empowered that is not getting that Bonus!

Each of your characters progress is separate from the others. 5 characters = 5 separate requirements to progress and they will all start from 0.

So as you stated, I have a character at 300 C in an Empowered Mono!
When I run the same mono with this character I got 0 extra C from that? I did get the Bonus on other character but it’s seams bugged now.

Yes. You don’t get a bonus because you’re actively progressing it as the highest monolith. Lower monoliths get the bonus.

You get me wrong! I am trying to get a bonus on a different toon that just started the mono,

That’s what he said. Each character has a completely separate monolith progression. There is nothing they get from another character.
So a new character, where all your monos are 100 corruption, doesn’t get the bonus. If you get one mono to 300 corruption, then he will get bonuses for the other monoliths.
And if you then make another new character, you have to start over again. Bonuses don’t apply to other characters.

This is what I was trying to convey. I’m dyslexic so I probably didn’t do a good job. :grimacing::+1:
