How do "Sealed riches" and "Commoner's Riches" nodes work?

I need to get a goood cleaver with DoT, lightning damage, lightning pen and chance to shock. I imprinted this:

Rusted cleaver; 14 forg. pot,
T7 dot dam.
T5 lightning dam.
T5 minion melee+spell flat
T5 shock cnance
sealed T1 void pen.

I never saw items like these drop from any caches! Any ideas why? Is the sealed mod bugging the system? Also please share any info you have on how these nodes work!

Just to let you know buddy it doesn’t drop items that have the exact same affixes like the one you imprinted. It drops items with one of the affixes the imprinted item has. So that’s mostly if you’re looking for specific affixes maxed or if you plan on using Havoc/Redemption on them.

Hi buddy, I was checking the post-caches loot for similar items. They just dont drop.
