EDIT: Ok, I hopefully managed to get it done after many hrs, so go to the Bug Report Channel and have a look. I do believe many agree we can not have this on a day like Launch.
I think one of the Videos needs to be downloaded to be able to watch, but worth it.

I figured out that one will stay for as long as 30days. But the other shortest one will stay for only one single 24hr day.
And I hope that many people is going to watch them Videos, even though one needs to be downloaded.
Wished I knew where to go and make some small windows I could put in the thread and people just click play and watch it right there and then. Would be much simpler, faster and easier.
Because I also know that many people doesn´t even bother when one needs to download.
I just hope that this will get the attention it deserves and fast, because if this is a thing still in the game on/after official release, you can kiss Last Epoch goodbye from many players. It is going to be a one gigantic disaster.
I say that because this is not a brand new problem, it has been like this for months already. And when I have mentioned it earlier, other people and devs have not had the slightest clue of what I´m talking about. Indeed very few people have even mentioned just some of the problems you see in these Videos, and so it concerns me one week before official release.
I know for a fact if this is not being fixed for release, personally I will not abandon the game entirely, but I WILL put it down for the next likely 3 months and play something entirely different. And that IS gonna have impact on the entire 11thHr Company.
I find it curious that while these putative issues are so earthshatteringly important that the devs have to see them naaaaooooowwww, but you refuse to get a youtube account where the videos will stay up until the stars grow cold and die (certainly more than a few days), and they can’t be described in text.
So after the site finally loading on my phone, it’s a ctd/white screen on mono load? That’s it? That’s a known issue. Also did you upload your log files in the bug report? 'Cause just showing the game crash on mono load isn’t too helpful.

Ok, if you seen both Videos, would you be able to explain everything happening in words? I do not think so.
And I do not know ctd/white screen means.
They may be not meant for Phones at all.
