In the bazaar there are several shops for idols, even for specific classes. There you can specify which affixes, rarities, etc. you want to look for.
If you already know which item you want to buy, just change the filter so that it caters to that idol.

Did you check if there is one at https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/ ? You can’t find what you want if the combination isn’t a thing.
