can somone tell me how do i import this lootfilter from this one guide?

i click on the link and it sends me to a new page where is wall of text written but what do i do with it?

There’s a link to a tutorial just under the download link here

Just right click on the download link and select ‘save as’ then import that file from the loot filter settings.
