How do I claim the Twitch dropped Cloak?

twitch shows I claimed it.

I dont see anything in game to indicate I have a present or some such ready

You need to make sure you connect your account, look in the drops on twitch to do that. After that it is automatic.

prior to watching i had to to log into steam and twitch.

i claime dthe cape after the 1hour , buti dont know where or how it gets to me.

It’s automatic, it’ll be in your cosmetic inventory. When you open a character’s inventory there are tabs at the top.
