How do I claim my supporter pack pet?

I purchased the game a few days ago, and aside from the weird graphics pop-in bug, is a lot of fun. However, I noticed that the pet that comes with the Ardent Gladiator pack has yet to appear in my cosmetic panel. Do I need to do something to claim this pet, or did something go wrong?

I’m still finding myself unable to summon my juvenile skullen. The game says I don’t own it, even though it should have been included in my gladiator pack.
