Are the increases to bleed chance from the Falconry skilltree (up to 200%) and from the Falconer mastery 5 point bonus (50%) added up?
I haven’t really looked at the Falconer yet but that’s how it should work unless I’m missing something. You could test it by watching your bleed chance on your character sheet and comparing the before and after you add a point in one of them.
This would be “minion chance to bleed” which is not displayed anywhere. At least I have not found it. 
Ah, you didn’t specify “minion” but that makes sense, and yeah that’s not in the character sheet.
