Hollow Lich passive not working with Woven Flesh Unique item

I can assure i have the passive skill, the gyazo gif capture only allows 7 seconds so i had to be quick. I linked the gif capture below comparing target dummy damage with and without woven flesh on.

Passive states: “All sources of health leech are converted to increased damage at 10 times their value”
Woven Flesh i have, has 29% increased damage leech as health, but did not get any damage increase from wearing the body armor with the passive

The gif i linked is tested using Spirit Plague but i also threw harvest on my bar to test it aswell as soul faest, neither skill saw an increase in damage. There was also no tooltip dps or stat changes with or without Woven Flesh on, not sure if their normally would be but figured id mention it

The “increased damage leech as health” stat isn’t a source of leech, it increases the amount you leech. The only source of leech on that chest is the overkill leech affix and as that is conditional on killing a mob, it wouldn’t show up on your character screen/tooltip if you’re not killing mobs.

Oh youre totally right, i think i was looking at the tooltips and info so much trying to figure out the issue, i glanced over it only specifying to Flat leech. Thank you for the clarification
