I have already reported the problem on discord but I think it is better to do it on the forum.
Hollow Lich converts any source of leech into increased damage.
The Drain Life spell says in its description that it leeches 30% of its damage in hit points.
But it does not work. It continues to drain life points.
Having said that, I understand that it may be a choice. Because otherwise this 30% will become +300% increased damage, which seems huge to me!
