I just got a Hollow Finger Unique and I understood the tooltip as giving an extra skeleton. I equipped it, but the number of extra skeletons I can summon didn’t change. I tried with skeletal mages just in case, no change.
I checked the skill’s level thinking maybe it increases the skill level instead, still no change. I’m confused!
