I dont know if my rig is bad or not, but i notice a increase in GPU usage when i open the stash. Config: i5-8400, GTX 1060 6gb, 16 gb 2400mhz.

This GPU usage when opening stash is a known issue from a while back. It also occurs if you open the Inventory screen on its own - it seems to be related to the number of individual items shown - especially if you have lots of single square items like rings etc.
The devs have been working on this issue so its better than it used to be a few patches ago but its still an issue - especially for older hardware like you and I use (i5-7500/1060/16gb).
So yesā¦ does happen and yes, the devs know about it and yes, they have made improvementsā¦ so hopefully more will come.
EDIT: you can minimise the impact of this by dropping the framerate limit a few more framesā¦ this does help and I do it sometimes if I know I am going to be sorting my stash for a while and dont want my GPU to sound like a Boeing.
