Often in big fights, I have to turn off the item labels on the ground by pressing ALT+Z, because I literally can’t see what’s going on, and only the labels for Health Potions and Gold remain.
I do not want to see the gold on the ground when I am fighting a big fight, with the risk of dying.
I do not CARE about the gold at all.
I only care about the health potions.
Please fix it.
