I know this bug has been posted before, but this is my 5th character and the first time ive had this problem, so I know how the quest works. I have gone through shining cove, majasan desert, wraith dunes and maj’elka and I still can’t find a way to complete the quest even though I haven’t had an issue ever previously. Anyone have any ideas?
I’m stuck on “Defend yourself from the Imperial Assassins!”
travel to the oracle’s abode, then head southwest from there to the area where the skeleton guy was supposed to meet you.
it seems like you went to the area on this character to trigger that quest marker, but then left without defeating the enemies or examining the body on the ground.

no problem! you’re not the first i’ve seen have a similar problem with this quest… maybe the devs should lock us into the area when we walk into the ambush
