For example…
Say you have an item with
3 good affixes for your build
1 crappy affix…
Previously you just had to live with it and sometimes not even bother to upgrade it to save the item… now just slap on the Chaos Glyph and you get a chance on each upgrade to get something better suited and “rescue” the item…
