New to game, just purchased, and d/led. Am logged into Steam. However, I am getting a “failed to redeem in Steam” error. What is the fix for this please?

For some i believe just closing the game and restarting it will complete the connection. But I think thats the only thing I remember seeing as of late.
If that doesnt work I would submit a ticket to support
