Heorot's Quests completed by ignoring the path

Just got to the point in campaign, where I returned to the Divine Era (for the first time). Got to “Heoborea”, and first thing I did was go around the village instead of going to one of the 2 waypoints. I entered “The Solemn Path” instead and I got notified that I completed “The Temple of Heorot”. Went back, and now “The Lance of Heorot” was completed too. “Wrath of the Wengari” was completed too - I guess that’s part of “The Temple of Heorot”

Edit: Just to share the ending - I didn’t continue straight toward the blessing quest, and instead went towards the places I was supposed to go to do the completed quests - stuff like the horn, and the G-guy were still where they were supposed to be, and I was able to interact with them, as if doing the associated quests.

I just had this happen to me as well. Was wandering around exploring and accidently went through The Solemn Path. I received credit for completion of a quest, went right back through and got another. I had to look up what happened as I hadn’t done anything except go through.

This just happened to me also. Exactly in the way you two described it.
I was playing in Online mode.
