Help me understand this Item please!

Hey everyone,

I got these cool unique boots called Morningfrost that say “+1 cold damage to attacks and spells per point of dexterity” and “-1% physical and cold resistance per point of dexterity”.

I am playing a falconer with 19 dexterity currently so what I assume would happen is my cold and physical resistance would go down 19% and my cold damage would go up 19?

When I have them equipped my cold resistance and physical resistance goes down 19% that’s all fine but where it says in your stats increased cold damage it says 0 no matter if the boots are equipped or not? is this bugged or am I not understanding how these boots are supposed to work?

I took screenshots with them on and off to try but I am not sure if I can or how I can share thoses. either way if anyone could explain or help me with this that would be fantastic!

The boots give +1 added codl damage, not %inc. cold damage.

Flat added damage is not shown in the character sheet.

thanks for the reply! So is there a place I can see how much cold damage I do? or because it’s not on the character sheet I can’t know?
