Help I may have a broken character who cannot progress

Went back to a char I hadn’t played for a very long time. He is in standard monos. I have completed the first 4, taking the right side. I have 4 blessings and it states I have the quest to conquer the Reign of Dragons timeline. However when I walk there, it just says “timeline locked”.

I repeated the previous timeline killing Harton again, but I’m still locked out of RoD.

I also noticed every time I reload I no longer have the waypoint at the Reign of Dragons mono island.

Any way to fix this?

Have you tried completing Ending the Storm to unlock Reign of Dragons?

Thanks Heavy, I managed to fix this by getting another player to group with me and let him start the echo. As soon as we completed that echo, it sorted itself out.
