It may be just a minor thing, but from time to time there is a health potion dropping which is labelled beer. You could make that yellow and give it additional benefits, e.g. double health or restore some mana or something like that… Oh, and Mana potions would be awesome… Maybe not for picking up and carry arounf but for momentary mana restotation…
It’s just an easter egg (and there is an actually rare potion one as well) and like the Companion names, it’s not supposed to do anything special

Mana pots are already effectively in the game via mana gained on potion use.
I know it is just an easter egg. But it would be great if it becomes more than just an easter egg. There are a lot of possibilities with potions… Temporary armor potion, temporary resistance potions, guaranteed dodge potion… And it would make some builds more interesting, e.g. Potion Ballista Build.
As for the potion conversion affix… I believe there is a huge difference in having a guaranteed mana source and randomly dropping mana potions…
Would it be great?
If it’s just short time buffs, you’ll probably not even notice their effect. If they last longer and/or have noticeable effect, you’ll feel ‘forced’ to constantly have your potions below the max to be able to get new ones to drop/consume.
At which point, they are no longer health potions, just an RNG copy of PoE flasks. And rather not have buffs on pots than a bad copy system, imho.
What I’m trying to hint at is that there are a lot of possible pitfalls for game balance/design and as far as I can see, you’re not really adding much to the game.
Admittedly, I have a tendency to respond to posts that ask for things that are already in the game, or seem unnecessary.
In terms of adding mana pots, I just dont see any need for it. LE was built not to require mana pots, and HP pots are sort of just a bonus nice to have, they really arent required on most builds I’ve played… Any builds I’ve played.
Mana generation is not an issue in LE so I don’t want EHG to spend time and resources adding mana pots, I would rather them focus on finishing the game and updating it.
Every build has access to serious mana gen, so it’s a non-issue to me.
