“Heals If Not Damaged Recently” - Enemies damged by reflected damage should be considered “damaged”, but still heals unless I use some non-passive ability on the enemies to do some damage.

my reflect damage build is having a hard time against enemies in echoes with “Heals If Not Damaged Recently” modifier, especially arena type echoes. I have to keep dealing damage to all enemies with other abilities rather than reflect damage.
