Healing Rush ailments cleansing

Hello,

I play with a Lich player who uses Aura of Decay.
When I use Lunge spec’d with Healing Rush on them, their stacks of poison are not cleansed.
Other forms of ailment cleansing (Holy Aura’s Purification and Judgment’s Cleansing Light) are cleansing all stacks of poison at once.

I am also suspecting that the healing component does not correctly scale with healing effectiveness (the value healed remains very low) but I have not tested that point.

I am having the same issue unfortunately and also submitted a bug report. I am waiting to see if it cleanses the modification to the Lich’s Aura that makes it shred armor instead of apply poisons? I am assuming that it doesn’t work for that either, though I have been unable to test this yet
