Hi,
I was playing a Hardcore character and decided to tackle the Lightless Arbor tier 2 as a level 65 lich named “AtomicLich”.
When going through the loading zone between the first floor and second, I could hear noise as if it had loaded however by the time the screen finished loading and showed the next floor, my character was on the floor dead with 0 health but with no hardcore death screen. I then closed to character select and saw that they lost the HC tag.
Upon looking to see if this was a known issue, I was able to see that it has been reported but I am unable to see if such an unfair death is reversible/has been reversed previously if the character has not been touched since.
Sadly I did not consider screenshotting the lack of death screen and when I tried to trigger my shadowplay, nothing happened. Thankfully I do have my logs as attached:

I am hoping I can continue to play this character as it would be rather disheartening for this to be the end of their journey. Is there any action that can be taken?
