Iām also playing Bleed Werebear atm. I take 2 points into Culling (Swipe) for 14% kill threshold which always feels powerful in any situation.
Instead of Upheaval i proc Maelstrom (4 points into Werebear) to get perma Frenzy & Haste + Global Phys dmg per Maelstrom stack.
I go dual wield for more bleed stacks, werebear has less attack speed compared to human form.
5 Points into Totemic Fury (Shaman tree) for 25% inc attack speed while a totem is out. I proc the totem via Warcry.
And 1 point into Savagery + 1 point into Ambush (Beastmaster) for 10% inc attack speed.
I will only miss points for Hideskin (Druid tree).
