Have faction ranks of legacy chars been reset?

Hi,

I’ve started a new char on cycle and joined MG faction later. My legacy chars are all CoF and had rank 7 or 8 when I last played. After playing a couple of hours on cycle I realized that the CoF ranks of my legacy chars have all been reset.

Is that normal/intented?

You need to transfer your exp in cof, use icon in top right of your 1.0 stash tab.
