I have the talent “Comet Rush” speced in the teleport skill. When I have a haste buff up and I teleport, sometimes the haste buff doesn’t refresh. It is very random, but happens very frequently.
I usually cast Focus to get the haste buff and when I teleport, it doesn’t refresh. I also tested with the Ascendancy skill with the node “Power Sprint” and the same is happening.
