I have gotten the same prefix (Repulsive) for almost 30 straight Adorned Immortal Idol drops. Has anyone seen a grisly prefix drop since rouge was released.
That is an Acolyte Idol right? I checked the database real quick. Did you check your lootfilter? Maybe you did something wrong with Hide/Show setup.
