So is there going to be a restore available for hc chars that are lost due to server dcs and major lag? I’ve lost 2 already because of this. I dont even care if there is no gear on them i just want the character i spent all that time on to still be hc when the reason for losing it was out of my control.

Not to rub it in, but I’ve never understood people who play hardcore on release. Like, it’s a fact servers are going to be unstable at launch… Why tempt fate?

Oh i know im tempting it but there should def be like a 1 time service for these situations at least. I mean hell i didnt even get almost all my drops. Only got the cape.
I understand. Some people love hardcore. But it’s rare companies restore lost characters. It’s too much work if that’s an option since everyone will ask for it when they want to focus on improvements.
Def should be a limited option. Like being able to prove it was due to something out of your control. Other than that absolutely not.
If your character was really hardcore he wouldn’t have died. He’s where he belongs now, in Valhalla.

This is what makes you hardcore, carrying on even though the odds are not in your favor.
