Harbinger spawning issue

Already posted this in the “Bug reoprts” section:

Maybe it’s not a bug and I’m just missing something. So after I killed my first Harbinger at the end of the last lvl 90 Mono, I proceeded to lvl 100 Monos. I gained enough stability to fight the boss. Before I did that, I deactivated the Harbigenr spawning by unchecking the box. It still spawned, I tried it several time. Why does that happen?

Also having this issue. Very frustrating

I have not encountered that issue to date.
The most annoying bugs to track down are those that are inconsistent.

I hope you guys sent ingame bug reports, so EHG got some data attached to analyse.
