After killing the first Harbinger in the Last Ruin, the kill didn’t register and I was not teleported to the shattered road.
When I manually teleported there I was unable to talk to the Forgotten Knight

I’ve experienced this on both my cycle characters so far. Unsure how to proceed 
Same here, I can’t talk to the NPC in the Shattered Road to continue to corrupted Monolith.
Edit: After restarting the game, I can now choose Empowered Monolith & the Forgotten Knights Faction appear.
I am also having the same problem.
