Does anyone know if the new Harbinger of Stars belt works with minions?
“12% chance to cast a meteor on crit if above 0 mana” - does that count if/when minions (squirrels) crit?
What I’m hoping/planning is pretty self-explanatory if it works.
Its only on your crits.
No, if a thing doesn’t say minions then it doesn’t work with/for minions. Plus minions dont have mana.
