Not able to pick up the harbinger needle. It says my inventory is full, even though it isnt.

Also I just noticed that if I equip other items in my build, none of the stats change in my character sheet… My connection to server is perfectly fine. I tried changing body armors, and all the related stats stayed the same? I’m able to run echos perfectly fine too.
People say it’s a known bug that got fixed recently… Well… Seems like it wasn’t, because this happened today morning. There has not been patches after that. Happened like less than 6 hours ago.
