I defeated a Harbinger in The Last Ruin Timeline with an alt char at lvl 90. I was noi able to defeat this H. with my main char at 300 corr. However, after defeating this Harbinger with my lvl 83 char in a lvl 90 timeline without any corruption, i got an eye and the fraction quest was completed.
