Mana Starved Forging Node = “When you are out of mana, Hammer Throw is free. Out-of-mana cost: 0”
I don’t know if this is intentional or what’s causing it. Whenever I’m being 0 or negative mana, hammer throw just won’t cast most of the time. Holding the hotkey for it until my mana goes negative just stops using the skill and I always have to spam the button. Just like shown in the video where I’m already spamming the button but nothing comes out. This feels really dumb and annoying.
