Anyone else having this issue? Seems like randomly and quite frequently my hammer throws just disappear off the screen and go invisible, can still damage mobs but it will prevent me from being able to complete any echos or boss fights. Sometime I cant even loot whats on the ground once it happens.
Shade is the worst if you start spamming hammers at the top where he spawns they just all vanish!
