Half of my unclaimed sold items in bazaar are gone

Hello, today when i logged half of my unclaimed sold items in bazaar were gone, what would cause that? Is it a bug? Please help…

I haven’t seen anyone complain about something like this. Are you sure you didn’t just mix up your cycle and legacy?
Items got moved from cycle to legacy at the start of the event as well, so maybe it was that?

I honestly don’t know of any other situation where things would just disappear.

Either way, if you think things did disappear, just report a bug, preferably with the in-game report tool.

Yeah, there’s been one or two posts about it. Not many, but that could be because seasonal players are less likely to play standard.

I have been playing legacy for last 2-3 month, im certain i havent mixed it. The exact date of the problem was 30.09, at 29.09 i had 30+ unsold items, next day i have 16.

I also reported it in the game section of bug reports,2 times, first time was a week ago, still nothing

EHG please investigate this, i havent put 700h grinding items to get robbed like this

Maybe they were simply sold? Have you checked if they’re there to redeem? If they’re not, maybe they were auto-redeemed? Did you notice an increase in gold?

The problem is that the SOLD items are gone, they arent auto redeemed since im capped at gold for a long time now. I had 30 SOLD items then they magically decreased their number…

issue still there, nobody seems to care that my whole 700h grind is just randomly gone. terrible game, overhyped for a month then dead

I dont get your issue… You are CAPPED AT GOLD, so you cannot get any more gold? You still sell items to get… more gold?? Maybe your items WERE auto redeemed but as you are capped at gold you did not get over the cap?

since when there is such thing as auto redeem, also its not this since im not going from near the cap to full cap

also the main issue is that items and gold (hours invested in farming these) are being stolen from me

How long did you not redeem the gold?
