This was not the case at launch but has started being a issue once the game was updated. I often cannot mouse over skills and status effects and get a tool tip explaining them. I now very often have to open the skills menu to see them as they not work most of the time on the main interface. ie. If I mouse over lightning blast on my toolbar no tool tip pops up most of the time this also applies to status effects. I do run the game in 5120x 1440 if that helps. This is very annoying as I am trying to run a runemaster and I am trying to learn all of the invocations.
