Grave Passage Talent doesn't count as trasversal skill

Hello!
I have this suffix on boots: " 7 minions teleported around you after to use a trasversal skill" but in my necromancer build i have summon skeletal mage with talent to convert it as trasversal skill, but it not work’s.
