The first abnormality is that as I approach the group of NPCs, the lighting drops. Then, when the NPCs get onto screen, multiple black planes obscure vision. If I walk above the NPCs, the visual glitch disappears.
Finally, when I attempt to leave the zone to go to Last Refuge Outskirts, the game crashes.
Edit: these bugs do not appear to be limited to only the “High” graphics setting I used when taking the screenshots as I have switch to multiple different settings. Also, it isn’t limited to just one of my characters stuck in this zone.
Edit #2: Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game fixed the issue. Seems a file or value was corrupted in my local files causing this issue?
