I have tried to complete the reign of dragons timeline in empowered mode at least 10 times, and i still haven’t gotten the Grand Resolve of Humanity ( all resistances ) reward choice. i checked the blessing respec to see my discovered blessings and all empowered blessings are unlocked except this one. Is this a bug or am i extremely unlucky?
i changed to non empowered blessing that is not Resolve of Humanity, and got it instantly. not sure if related.
