I have tried to complete the reign of dragons timeline in empowered mode at least 10 times, and i still haven’t gotten the Grand Resolve of Humanity ( all resistances ) reward choice. i checked the blessing respec to see my discovered blessings and all empowered blessings are unlocked except this one. Is this a bug or am i extremely unlucky?
i changed to non empowered blessing that is not Resolve of Humanity, and got it instantly. not sure if related.
Not sure if this is related. I encounter a bug (assuming a bug, the odds seem incredible) where I’m offered Grand Resolve of Humanity every time with the exact same value (18%). I also happen to have equiped this blessing at this value. Has happened for at least the last 5 times I’ve done this monolith.
