So ive killed my 1st harbinger of this season a level 100 monolith, rahyeh-- as well as the harbinger that materilized after.
I wasnt offered a grand blessing-- jsut the regular blessing.

Do you mean you killed your first Harbinger overall or your first Harbinger in an Empowered Monolith? If overall, that wasn’t empowered.
If you really killed a Harbinger in an Empowered Monolith, I’d imagine it’s a bug, and the first time I hear about it.
i killed it im empowered level 100.
it offered me the same blessing i already had not the grand one
